Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using PayTrx services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PayTrx ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including merchants, developers, and visitors of the PayTrx website and application.

2. Service Description

PayTrx is a cryptocurrency payment gateway that enables users to:

  • Accept USDT (Tether) and USDC payments on the Tron blockchain (TRC20)
  • Create and manage wallet addresses for receiving payments
  • Monitor transactions and receive real-time notifications
  • Withdraw funds to external Tron wallet addresses
  • Integrate payment processing via REST API

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Enabling two-factor authentication (strongly recommended)

We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one PayTrx account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Plans

PayTrx offers multiple plans with different features and commission rates. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Transaction Commission

A commission is deducted from each incoming payment based on your selected plan. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawals are subject to a fixed fee and a commission percentage. Current withdrawal fees are detailed on our pricing page. Network (gas) fees for withdrawals are currently covered by PayTrx.

4.4 Plan Billing

Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PayTrx for:

  • Any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
  • Transactions involving illegal goods or services
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or rate limits
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service
  • Using automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Cryptocurrency Risks

By using PayTrx, you acknowledge that:

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the Tron network, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
  • You are responsible for verifying addresses. Sending funds to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss.
  • Network conditions vary. Transaction confirmation times may vary depending on network congestion.
  • Regulatory landscape changes. Cryptocurrency regulations may change in your jurisdiction, potentially affecting your ability to use the Service.
  • Stablecoin risks. While USDT and USDC are pegged to the US Dollar, there is no guarantee that this peg will be maintained at all times.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Processing

All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review by our team. We aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours during business days, but reserve the right to delay processing for security verification.

7.2 Minimum Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 USD equivalent. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be rejected.

7.3 Rejection

We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, detect security concerns, or if you have violated these Terms.

8. High-Value Transaction Review

Transactions exceeding $1,000 USD may be placed on hold for manual review. This is a security measure to protect both users and the platform. Held transactions are typically reviewed within 24 hours.

9. API Usage

9.1 API Keys

API keys are provided for programmatic access to your account. You are responsible for keeping your API Key and API Secret secure. Compromised keys should be regenerated immediately.

9.2 Rate Limits

API requests are subject to rate limiting. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary access restrictions. Current rate limits are documented in our developer resources.

9.3 Fair Use

API access must be used in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict API access for accounts that abuse the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the PayTrx website and application are owned by PayTrx. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • That the Service will meet all of your specific requirements
  • The accuracy or reliability of any information provided through the Service

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTrx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Losses resulting from blockchain network issues or delays
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Losses resulting from sending funds to incorrect addresses
  • Losses resulting from third-party actions or services

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before account closure (subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and fees).

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Required by law or regulation
  • Your account poses a security risk to the platform

In case of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to withdraw your remaining balance, unless prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
